We are operating our collection and recovery operations from our corporate office at 195/1, Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road, Shyambazar, Kolkata – 700004, which is fully equipped with all requirements which are necessary to make operation for collection and recovery of overdues from the defaulters. Here are few points mentioned below about structure.

Target Fulfilment

Our all staff and company itself is fully organized and well proficient for the collection and recovery, we are always committed to fulfill the desired targets for any months by all possible ways.

Payment Collection

We are always encouraging our people to collect payment through online mode and this is our prime object to reduce any risk of integrity, if we don’t have any online facilities from the client end, we preferred to deposit cash within the TAT, and in this matter, we considered completely zero tolerance. Any other mode which are directed by the client, we are following the process with utmost priority.

Technology

We are ready with cutting age technology, fully secured cloud based systems. Offices are also under surveillance camera and having calling devices.

Key employees and organization

Company is having enough of collection and recovery experienced manpower with having proficient Tele Callers. Also, the Directors of the said company is having versatile and experience of many decades, as they were attached with many Banks and NBFCs and financial organizations for heading the portfolio.

We are having all basic facilities which are needed for run the company and work in the market for collection recovery. And time to time we will upgrade us as per the portfolio and client’s requirements.
